Cyanergy Security Policy
Cyanergy uses the PayPal Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions.
PayPal processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian businesses, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this using the PayPal gateway are secure payments.

Refund & Returns Policy
If for any reason you have decided to cancel the contract within the 5 day cooling-off period, we will fully refund your payment minus any admin and/or processing fees.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn, used or damaged after delivery, if they have been dropped or broken, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.
We recommend that you return the product via registered post and that you pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore, we advise you to take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Cyanergy will not be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
