Terms and Conditions – “Two-Word Video” Competition
1. Eligibility
The competition is open to legal residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older.
Employees, contractors, and affiliates of Cyanergy, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Enter
To participate, entrants must submit a video of themselves describing their experience with Cyanergy in just two words.
The video can be uploaded via the submission form on Cyanergy’s website or shared on social media using the hashtag #CyanergyInTwoWords and tagging @Cyanergy.
Only one entry per person is allowed.
3. Submission Period
The competition begins on 28/08/2024 and ends at 11:59 PM AEST on Friday, 6th of September 2024.
Entries received after the submission period will not be considered.
4. Selection of Winners
The first 20 eligible entries received will be awarded a $100 Preeze voucher.
Winners will be notified via email and announced on Cyanergy’s social media channels on the 1st of October 2024.
5. Prizes
Each of the first 20 entrants will receive a $100 Preeze voucher.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
6. Use of Entries
By participating in the competition, entrants grant Cyanergy the right to use their video submissions for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, and advertising.
7. Privacy
Personal information collected during the competition will be used for the purpose of administering the competition and in accordance with Cyanergy’s Privacy Policy.
8. General Conditions
Cyanergy reserves the right to modify or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.
By entering the competition, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
9. Limitation of Liability
Cyanergy is not responsible for any technical failures or issues that may prevent participants from entering the competition.
10. Governing Law
The competition and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
