Customer Service Manager

Cyanergy is looking for a motivated and experienced individual to provide leadership and direction to a large project team including subcontractors in the end-to-end project management of residential solar installations. Strong communication skills, relationship management skills along with high level negotiation skills are required for this role.
Your responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to the residential solar project team, including onshore and offshore members, ensuring task delegation, productivity, and collaboration.
- Managing the overall operations of the team (inclusive of employees and subcontractors) and end to end project management of residential solar installations.
- Planning, organising and directing activities concerned with installations along with subsequent workforce and resource planning.
- Using programs and systems to record and report all works on site.
- Maintaining quality control checks and delivering projects safely targeting zero harm.
- Managing budgets and control projects costs to achieve targeted markup on every project.
- Deal with complaint escalation and ensure all complaints are resolved in a timely manner.
- Designing residential and commercial grid connected photovoltaic systems along with batteries on design software tools according to the relevant Australian standards.
- Preparing training materials and documentation of processes, issues, obstacles, resolutions etc.
- Manage ongoing meetings and negotiations with suppliers, product managers and manufacturers.
- Checking avenues for process improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of recent experience in coordinating and managing installers nationwide within the Australian renewable energy sector or similar trade industries.
- Strong knowledge of renewable energy technologies, energy storage systems, and power electronics.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Proven experience working in the industry at the management level would be advantageous.
- Strong relationship management skills along with strong negotiation skills with an ability to work closely with trades, suppliers, internal and external stakeholders to build strong relationships, influence and achieve best business outcomes.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
