Any details collected from Cyanergy customers are required to provide you with our products and/or services, as well as a high level of customer service.

We never permanently store complete credit card details. Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) program. Under the Victorian Energy Upgrade (VEU) program, Cyanergy adheres to the telemarketing guidelines introduced from 1 May 2024. 

Cyanergy will always seek consent to contact a client via telephone for telemarketing purposes in the form of an online form submission. Consent for a telephone call lasts, unless otherwise specified, for 90 days from the date of enquiry, or withdrawn prior to this date. During this time Cyanergy may contact the customer via the supplied telephone number, to discuss energy efficient upgrades that relate to the initial enquiry.

Withdrawing consent can be done anytime:

1, By calling 1300 198 955 and speaking to our Customer Support team

2, At any stage during a telephone call with a team member of Cyanergy 

3, Via emailing info@cyanergy.com.au 

By completing an online enquiry form you are automatically ‘opted-in’ to receiving marketing from Cyanergy, however you can ‘opt-out’ at any time.

 

Third Parties

Cyanergy may, at its discretion, use other third parties to provide essential services on our site or for our business processes. We may share your details where it is necessary for the third party to provide that service.

These third parties are prohibited from using your personal information for any other purpose. Cyanergy does not share any information with third parties for any unknown or unrelated uses.
