The Marketing Manager role can work from either our Truganina, VIC office or Greenacre, NSW office location.

Cyanergy is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager to join our dedicated team. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Marketing Manager will focus on operational excellence, ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns, and managing the day-to-day activities of the marketing team. This role will play a pivotal part in enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement through integrated marketing efforts while aligning with Cyanergy’s strategic objectives.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage the marketing team, including onshore and offshore members, ensuring task delegation, productivity, and collaboration.
• Design and refining customer journeys by identifying touchpoints, data elements, triggers, and messages across email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, and web channels. 
• Develop and optimize customer lifecycle journeys, implementing creative, data-driven testing, multivariate analysis, and A/B testing methodologies. 
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, preparing reports for the CMO to optimize ROI.
• Manage operational aspects of SEO/SEM strategies, email marketing campaigns, website optimization, and marketing automation workflows.
• Oversee social media engagement strategies to drive lead generation and audience interaction.
• Coordinate with designers, writers, and agencies to produce marketing materials, including blogs, videos, and brochures.
• Conduct market research to gather trends, competitor insights, and customer feedback, providing the CMO with actionable insights.
• Support the sales team by aligning marketing activities with business objectives.
• Track and report on KPIs, delivering actionable insights to enhance campaign performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of marketing experience and 5+ years as a marketing manager, preferably in renewable energy, sustainability, or B2B industries.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, email, social media).
• Proven experience in marketing automation to manage and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
• Experience managing onshore and offshore teams with a focus on collaboration and productivity.
• Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Zoho CRM).
• Analytical mindset with skills in data interpretation and reporting.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
• Passion for sustainability and renewable energy.
