Age Care Facility Project

Our customer sought a sustainable, high-quality, and affordable renewable energy solution that would help reduce operating costs. The Chief Operating Officer, was concerned about the potential impact on residents and maintaining service levels during such a complex rollout.  24-hours business operations, and health and safety and patient care obligations.

Cyanergy tailored the solar power systems to the roof spaces and electrical layouts of the Aged Care facility. In total, this comprised 132 solar panels covering a total area of 400 m2. Limiting disruption to daily operations over the two-stage rollout was managed in a flexible and cooperative manner. Our project management team maintained a high level of collaboration, communications, and policies and procedures were also modified to accommodate needs.

The 60 kW solar solutions have helped the Aged Care meet their goals for energy savings and sustainability. In total the systems are generating, on average, 210 kWh per day.
